Gurus of Boxing is a contest where members of the game select the winner and victory type in certain fights, choosen by the administrador.

The duration of the contest is 4 months. The number of fights in the contest will depend on the number of quality matches during the duration of the contest. There may be some fights selected that may not be of strong interest to us but are chosen if a title of one of the big organizations (WBC, IBF, WBA , and WBO) is been defended. Anyone needing information on a fighter they do not know is encouraged to us Boxrec.com.

Obviously, the winner is the member who finishes the game with the most points. The prices can change and will depend on the support of the members. It will be something modest, but either way the winner will maintain the status of champion of GURU of Boxing for as long as the next competition lasts. The game will be exclusively for the enjoyment of its members, BoxeoMundial.net and its owners simply ask for your participation, anything else that a member wants to contribute would be strictly voluntary.

Remember the game is only for fun. The winner will gain the title of Champion of Guru of Boxing, which will be the game’s biggest price.

The rules of the contest

• All particpants have until two hours prior to a fight to make their selection.

It is recommended that you make all your fight selections at one time so that you do not lose out on picking a winner in a fight. The fights will be updated as early as possible to give everyone as much time to make their selections.

• The point system is as follows:

Every member that picks the correct winner and the correct ending by which a fighter wins a fight shall receive 5 points.

Every player that chooses the correct winner, but does not correctly choose the way a fighter wins a fight shall receive 3 points.

If your chosen boxer loses by nocaut(KO or TKO) you will be deducted 3 points
If your chosen boxer loses by decision you will be deducted 1 point.

In case of a draw or tie, the fight will be removed and no one will receive or lose any points.
Only official decisions will be valid

• The rules of the contest will apply to everyone the same since our system has been completely programmed and automated.

• A message will be sent out via email to all our members to the email address we have on file whenever new fights are added to the game.
• You may only register with only one “nickname”. Whoever violates this rule will be automatically disqualified.
